What are the dates/times of the Festival of Lights?

The Festival will be every Friday and Saturday from 11/29-12/21 from 4pm-10pm daily

On 12/14, we will also be open for Pet Pics with Santa from 3pm-10pm. We will also host a dog adoption event with Faithful Friends on the 14th.

How much does the Festival cost?

The Holiday light display is free! Pictures w Santa are a $20 sitting fee that includes an emailed electronic picture. Printed pictures are available for an additional $5 each or 5 for $20 An initial sitting fee is required for digital or printed photos. Additional family poses are available for $10 each.

Where are the restrooms?

There are many options for restrooms. Handicapped accessible restrooms are located in the small building on the other side of the paddock. There are additional accessible restrooms inside the casino in Club 1. If you enter the casino from the paddock, continue up the escalator and make 2 rights, There are also restrooms located in the trailer in the Grove.

Where can I get a Players Rewards card?

New members can sign up at the Festival at Santa’s Workshop window. Players rewards cards are also always available inside the casino at the Players Rewards Desk.

Where can I get the Christmas lights glasses?

These cool glasses are Free when you sign up for a players rewards card.

Where can I sign up for BetRivers?

You can sign up for BetRivers at Santa’s workshop window.

Will the Festival of Lights be open in inclement weather?

In case of severe weather, adjustments may be made in the interest of safety. Delaware Park’s web page will have the most up-to-date information regarding closings or changed opening times.

Is there a cash machine at the Festival of Lights?

There is no cash machine in the outdoor area, but there are multiple ATM’s located inside the casino

Where should I park?

Delaware Park provides free and valet parking. The valet parking is located at the main entrance of the casino. The closest parking to the Festival of Lights is in the C LOT (Follow the “Festival of Lights” Parking Signs). There is also a free shuttle that provides transportation throughout the property.

Does Delaware Park have a gift shop?

There is a gift store located on the first floor of the casino. We will also offer branded DP hoodies and hats for sale at the Festival.

Can I take photos and video at the Festival?

Feel free to take pictures and video at the outdoor event. We are ‘social’ – please post, tag and share on your social media.

Drone photography is not permitted at DP; Photos are not permitted inside the casino.

Can I bring my pet to Delaware Park?

Pets are not encouraged, but will be permitted at the outdoor event if well behaved and on a leash. Respectfully, we ask that you pick up after your dog. Please note there will be a special time for Pet Photos with Santa on 12/14/24 from 3 PM to 6 PM.

Does Delaware Park have gift cards available?

Yes. They are available inside the casino and also outside during the Festival.

I lost an item at Delaware Park, what should I do?

All lost and found items are collected at Security Dispatch. From outside the casino, call (302) 994-2521 (7450) to determine if your item has been found.

Is there an age requirement to attend the Festival of Lights?

Festival Of Lights is a family friendly there is no age requirements to visit.
